Huntley Leadership Inc. is a coaching and consulting practice focused on building healthy leadership teams, healthy organisational culture, and lasting renewal — with pastors, parish teams, dioceses, and mission-driven organisations around the world.
Most leadership problems are not strategy problems. They are health problems — in the leader, in the team, in the culture.
We work on the health first. Everything else follows.
The work is not complicated. It is patient.
Leadership formation is slow work. It cannot be rushed, packaged, or scaled like a product. It happens in conversation, in reflection, in the small decisions that shape how a team actually behaves when no one is watching.
Our practice exists to create the conditions for that work — through coaching, consulting, speaking, and formation. Not to hand leaders a framework, but to help them become the kind of people a healthy team can be built around.
